By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a rental on Shenique (“Shenique”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Shenique complies with local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email or authentication method used to sign in. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile information up to date.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or use Shenique for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Shenique connects renters with independent boutiques and lenders. A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the lender and, where applicable, payment is successfully processed.

Rental periods, pricing, deposits, delivery windows, and return conditions are shown on each listing and must be followed. Late returns, damage beyond normal wear, or failure to return an item may result in additional charges.

• Inspect items upon delivery and report issues within the timeframe shown in your booking confirmation.
• Do not alter, tailor, dye, or permanently modify rented garments without written approval.
• Return items in the condition and packaging required by the lender.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, cleaning, and security deposits may apply.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on booking status, lender policy, and the reason for cancellation. Chargebacks opened without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Boutiques and partner lenders are responsible for the accuracy of listings, garment condition, hygiene standards, and timely fulfillment. Shenique may remove listings or suspend partners that violate platform standards.

You may not use Shenique to list counterfeit goods, harass users, scrape platform data, circumvent fees, or interfere with site security. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.

Shenique provides the platform on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rentals, delivery delays, or third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Shenique for the booking giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
